All our products have a guarantee in the field of the European Union of 3 years which covers possible manufacturing defects, starting from the moment of purchase of the item.

Guarantee conditions:

1. The guarantee of the products manufactured by ICOMED is only applicable in the European Union scope, without prejudice to another manufacturer offering a superior guarantee, in which case you must contact it to make your guarantee effective.
2. The warranty described only covers manufacturing defects and does not include any damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and scratches or transport damage (such as, for example , airlines); Cosmetic damage such as scratches, abolish, spots, color changes or other non -functional changes in the appearance of the product. If it deteriorates in the transit, it submits a claim to the traffic company at the place of arrival, to be possible before the customs office.
3. The guarantee is limited to the value of the product. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse or carelessness.
