Changes and returns
In Icomed, our main objective is for all our customers to be satisfied, so, if you are not satisfied with the product received can return it. We guarantee the total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can return the unused merchandise in your original box subject to the standards described below. You have the right to retract from the purchase agreement at any time until 14 days after the delivery date - according to Art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15 of Retail Trade Ordering modified by Law 47/ 2002, of December 19. It will be the law of the place where the product has been delivered or where the service would have been provided that determines the days to be considered skilled.
Our customer service department has a post -sales service to solve any problem with our articles or shipments, through which we try to offer rapid and efficient attention to our customers. The return service has a position according to the type of suitcase and country of origin. We detail the different possibilities:
- Spain: € 10 box/lump per Cabin suitcase, € 15 Box/lump per medium suitcase and € 20 Box/lump per large suitcase.
- Portugal: € 15 box/lump per Cabin suitcase and median. € 20 Box/lump per large suitcase.
- rest of the countries: the costs of return of the packages from the rest of the countries are in charge of the client. You can use the carrier of your choice.
The client must fill in a form through https://malestreenwich.outvio.com, with the mail with which I make the purchase, indicating its intention to return the product, which will receive an email responding with the instructions to be carried out to return.
Specifically, the client must send a package to IComed with:
Articles in its original packaging.
The delivery albarán received with the order.
The maximum period to warn of defect in the product is 48 hours once the order has been received.
The return costs will be in charge of the client, who must send them safely with the necessary guarantees so that the returned merchandise arrives in perfect condition
The products must be correctly protected, in their original packaging, in a perfect condition for their resale (without damage, breaks or dirty), with all its accessories, instruction and documentation manuals. The return may not be carried out in any case if the products supplied were manifestly subject to use. Shipments that do not include any element that allow to identify the sender (request, return, name, surname and address) will not be accepted. Once the package has been received in ICOMD stores and it has been verified that the returned products are in perfect condition, the refund process will be carried out. The client of this procedure will be informed by sending an email. The refund in the bank account or customer PayPal account, which you used for the purchase of the order, will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from the receipt of the product by ICOMED. If the client used a credit card, the reimbursement will be made before the completion of the corresponding month. The refund value will be equal to the purchase price of the returned product, minorred by the return costs. In the case of defective products or that do not correspond to the order made by the customer, the return costs will be carried out by ICOMED S.L. If the client has used checks or promotion bonds, they will be returned to their account.
